Hi! My name is Jessica Sun and I am a fourth-year Honours Kinesiology student at the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario.
Upon starting my undergrad in Engineering, I realized that I thoroughly enjoyed talking to people with real problems and hearing their stories. I loved being challenged to identify problems and come up with innovative solutions.
I transferred to Kinesiology in my second year because I was fascinated with understanding behaviour and the human body. My insatiable curiosity led me into UX, which I realized was the child of human behaviour and design, and exactly where I wanted to be!

BarnRaise addresses these problems by reimagining the community-supported agriculture economic model to help support local farmers and give back to communities.
